Global Joy Foundation is a not-for-profit organization that develops leaders from various sectors of society.

 

What We Do

By equipping a generation of authentic servant leaders to lead the nation, our hope is that local leaders will become the catalyst for sustainable, national transformation.

Rather than a hand-out, the Global Joy Foundation wants to give a hand-up to Africa’s capable, trustworthy, and resourceful current and future leaders.

 

  • Global Joy Foundation has been developing national leaders by providing resources and mentorship to high-potential mentees (predominately in Africa).

    Our mentees’ hand-picked mentors have been carefully selected based on their proven track records of integrity and impact. They include judges, business leaders, Members of Parliament, professors, ministers, etc. – leaders in roles that will have the most impact on the future of the nation.

  • We provide local and international vocational and executive coaching for our hand-picked mentors as well as mentees.

  • We support high-potential mentees by providing financial aid during their post-secondary education. Many mentees have huge potential but are often hindered by family financial obligations.

  • We host a series of leadership conferences to equip current and future leaders, identify high-potential mentees, and to connect with national leaders (future mentors).

Our programs are provided through the efforts of dedicated volunteers from Canada and Uganda. Global Joy Foundation is supported by our generous donors and all donations go towards scholarships, leadership training and conferences.
