What We Do

By equipping a generation of authentic servant leaders to lead the nation, our hope is that local leaders will become the catalyst for sustainable, national transformation.

Rather than a hand-out, the Global Joy Foundation wants to give a hand-up to Africa’s capable, trustworthy, and resourceful current and future leaders.

 

  • Global Joy Foundation has been developing national leaders by providing resources and mentorship to high-potential mentees (predominately in Africa).

    Our mentees’ hand-picked mentors have been carefully selected based on their proven track records of integrity and impact. They include judges, business leaders, Members of Parliament, professors, ministers, etc. – leaders in roles that will have the most impact on the future of the nation.

  • We provide local and international vocational and executive coaching for our hand-picked mentors as well as mentees.

  • We support high-potential mentees by providing financial aid during their post-secondary education. Many mentees have huge potential but are often hindered by family financial obligations.

  • We host a series of leadership conferences to equip current and future leaders, identify high-potential mentees, and to connect with national leaders (future mentors).
